Title: GT Quarter Windows :) Post by: FieroDough on August 18, 2002, 09:48:22 pm Well I plan on starting to make some cheap lookalikes. :) My GT will be the test subject as I am NOT paying $200.00 US for a set of Lexan windows.
I started cutting the prototype. :) IT was rough and she cracked. :( But I think I have it figured yout! ;D Would you guys like me to start making theise and selling them cheap? (like $100.00 a set or less) or just post instructions on how to make them? if my talents persist (I hope) I want to do the signal lite caps for the GT. (like blackout covers to make it smooth with the bumper instead of a hole),. let me know what ya think! I hope to have the prototyp (my drivers side window) ready for the Orleans show wendnesday. They're curved a bit as well but shouldn't be as hard as the GT windows to make. Just about every car you see has some stress/heat cracks in them.
