LOL, you asked for that, Eric. I think that is what you want. GM sells the 3.4 over the counter as a replacement for the S-10 series (2.8), but they only come as a 2.8 or 4.3 stock. The 3.4 has a stronger block but uses the same heads as our 2.8. The later fwd engines are all 3400 with aluminum heads (AFAIK), a different animal. |
