That doesn't sound right.... the only way they can get away with that is for everyone to park far from the building and as an insentive to buy a GM vehicle (at an incredible discount by the way..) let them park closer to the building. But as soon as you send people back "punishing" them.. that sounds like legal issues.

I still think that you should get the services of the company you work for... it's a form of job security. :P
