Title: Rack & Pinion Seal Post by: dguy on April 12, 2004, 08:50:38 am Does anyone have a source for the seal around the pinion shaft? I just finished rebuilding my steering rack, which unfortunately involved removing & destroying this seal. All my usual sources on both sides of the border are crapping out. :(
Auto Parts Extra suggested that I get in touch with the rebuilder they use over in Gatineau, "Centre Verification Technique Outaouais."
