Post by: 2ML67 on May 06, 2004, 10:15:52 am
Any one know of a mustang style rear deck lid available I like the one I put on Brian's car but can't remember where he got it from.

Mustang scoops are about 150 CDN but I paid $300 for mine out of RCM Racing? in Toronto. Tried my link but it doesn't work. That scoop sure does gets rid of the hot out of the motor.

Looks great while it is at it too. I have come to the conclusion that fiberglass is not my friend so I think I will buy one already done. Plus your's was very easy to mount. Did you find a rack yet Brian or will you not be bringing it down to finish the safety this week.

Its $219 + taxes. Ebay has them on average for $79 USD + shipping etc. You have money burning a hole in your pocket Dan? :Dhttp://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=7901268624&category=34204

No I just want to get a scoop back there to vent any extra heat out. Found a 1984 parts car last night not the best of shape but is complete. Badly faided paint with an overheated engine but fully loaded with options. Can probably get for around $500, thinking about it. Plus is a good ownership no salvage or anything also 84 means no e-tests.
