Title: THINKING OF BUYING BACK 85 GT Post by: fiero1 on May 27, 2004, 03:39:25 pm Hi guys im thinking of buying back my GT.The lad that purchased it last year blew the engine & is ready to sell it.Sold it for $2000 & it was running like a swiss watch at the time.What would be a fair price to offer in this condition?Ya! ya! i know what most of you must be thinking i just didn't think i would it miss this much :-\ :-\

It was a nice car, but like the guys said, if you got 2,000 then it's only worth 2,000 less the cost of rebuilding/replacing the motor. Not running it may not be very attractive for the young guy to sell, so you may get it cheap.
