LOL big time!!!!! ;D
Better than any soaps and most sitcoms!! What a $hit disturber!! ;) Now taking bets on how many MORE posts that thread will be good for. I could stand it any longer.... Howard's still complaining on how V8Archie ragged him for a V8 (Archie didn't actually sell it to him, a client did, Archie just pulled and sent it to Howard). Howard has been whinning about that for 2 years as well as his 'limited' turbo knowledge, well, I just couldn't resist.....heheheh!

One of his statements was nothing short of amazing. And that is the area that he likes to 'crow' about and pretend to 'Lord it' over everyone else!! Trying to remember how it goes... but it was essentially 'that a tire's grip (topic was slip angles, remember, here.....) was NOT affected by loading(!)... as in the vertical weight acting down on it. Hmmmmm. I suppose he can get away with revisionist physics, tho' as he openly criticizes Herb Adams... (..."HIS book doesn't even make it into my library!"....) ::) hoo boy...... And I thought about jumping in there again, but then I remembered the old story about the man wrestling with a pig in a barnyard. They roll around and around and around and get really, really dirty and there is lots of squealing and yelling and nothing really gets accoomplished, and finally, after a long while, the person realizes that the pig ...LIKES it........ ;D ;D ;D And that is how I view his posts now. Kinda ironic but I am sure he would never figure that out........ ::) But I shouldn't point fingers, now, should I ;) Pennocks is full of them. 60 degree V6 has some too, and one or two seem to be moderators and that is always good for a chuckle..... |
