Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: Kevin on July 11, 2004, 11:01:16 pm Posting some pics for Karl who by the way would not trade for a pristine condition '92 Hyundai Elantra. I would even throw in the curb feelers!
Karl usually goes home with some type of award when he shows up with this car. A substantial amount of money has been put into the engine, he has sprint headers from Skitime's wife's car, WCF exhaust and it was painted early last year as well. If I only had the money... Kevin Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: fiero308 on July 12, 2004, 09:45:28 am I'll second, third and fourth that. Karls car is much more than pristine, ... for an 87 you can say it is virtually in SHOWROOM condition. I think it is probably the nicest fiero in eastern Ont if not ALL of it. Whoever buys it has to be able to put it away properly for the winter - as it always has been so far.
Words don't describe the condition of this showstopper. If I didn't have a garage full of .......ummm ::) junk....... ::) then this black beauty would be there now. Excellent, excellent shape and a real challenge to the next owner to try to keep it that way. What a great acquisition that will be for someone; I hope they have HALF the pride of ownership that Karl has shown. That middle pic says it all. He has spent endless time caring for it. Good luck Karl; it is worth it easily and I truly hope you find the right home for it. (and you have to tell me what you are getting altho I might be able to guess too ;D ) Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: WillEV on July 12, 2004, 11:40:06 am How many km's? auto? air?
Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: Boy-z on July 12, 2004, 12:21:31 pm The Body has 270 thousand but the engine has been totally rebuilt from the oil pan up and that was at 266 thou it does not have air. here is just a rough Idea

Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: fiero308 on July 12, 2004, 03:39:13 pm The file DOES download, Karl, but here it is anyway
the up to date stuff that isn't in the earlier notes: PARTS---2002 · SHOCKS—MONROE SENATRAC · STRUTS · CROSS DRILLED ROTOR’S/ DIPPED · NEW BRAKES · PAINTED/BLACK-MACCO I am guessing Karl that this is all new, replaced stuff? You might expand on the brakes items; ie exactly what is done there. Any poly bushings, cradle stuff, stereo; etc and since it isn't actually mentioned, the car is located in NEPEAN, ONT You selling it cert and e tested? (just trying to drag words out of this shy retiring guy......... ;D ) Title: Re: 1987 gt black Post by: Kitten on July 13, 2004, 11:36:33 am automatic or manual transmission?
