Stripping one of my 84 parts cars if any one needs any thing let me know before the shell is hauled away. It was a 4 speed car with the 410 tranny. Dan

Hey Dan. How are you doing? Dont know what parts you have left but here is what I could use: ashtray doors with springs, overflow coolant resevoir, passenger side mirror(half my mirror has a reddish discolouration on it, I just need the reflective part), battery tray(mine does not exist). Let me know if you have any of the above.

Another question. I am wondering about being able to put a front fiero sway bar on the rear. I have heard you can do it. If you had one on your '84 that you are parting out, what else would I need to put it on the rear of my '86. I dont know if you know anything about this but I thought I would try. If it is quite simple, I would probably take the sway bar as well.

Andrew, Ideally you should have a bigger bar on the front than on the back.  With that in mind, yes you can easily mount a front bar on the rear cradle .  I'm given to understand that others fit as well, Astro van, Bonneville? etc.

Energy Suspension makes a bushing set  in poly if desired, as well as different end link sets.  The number here is one I have but not used.  I think there is a clearance problem and you can only fit in one grommet on one side.
sway bar bushing set 23mm     9.5127G
end link set     9.8117G

I got them through young's speed shop, but you can probably order them anywhere.

If Dan has no ashtray lids, I may be able to help.

Will check and get back to you but I think I have all the stuff except I believe the 86 up used a different coolant jug. Will remove the sway bar for you as well. Dan

I think Dan still has that near new one that came off of my '88. It should fit.
BTW. I will be going to my moms and will stop by for coffee/tea on Friday (if you are around)

OH MY HECK, it makes a hugh difference. The car doesn't push at all in a corner. I need to drive it some more and run a couple autocrosses to be sure. I LOVE IT. It did introduce some small amount of oversteer. Going aroung a corner under power just corners harder, no push.

I put mine on the 85 and it worked well. True a big one might have been better, but it is still a VAST improvement over none at all.
