Post by: GSXRBOBBY on August 26, 2004, 12:18:23 am
I am moving this weekend so I am going to be without internet service for a while, so just wanted to say good bye for awhile.

Moving.
always so much fun, isn't it.

Ya, not looking forward to this, but then again the last few times I moved was from Indiana to Florida and then back again, this time I'm only moving 45 mins. away. And my Fiero and most of my tools are alraedy there.

So just how far away from New York is Ottawa?

New York state or New York city?  ;)

From here, I can be in northern NY state in about 2 hours without driving like a maniac.  Ottawa to New York city is about 440 miles according to MapQuest (http://www.mapquest.com/directions/main.adp?go=1&do=nw&un=m&2tabval=address&cl=EN&ct=NA&1tabval=address&1y=US&1a=&1c=&1s=&1z=&1ah=h9iGi2xN7Htb5p%252fzvL8vaDWN%252b59HemtTT%252b0g04u3BXNJ4bonVxf4tQ%253d%253d&2y=US&2a=&2c=&2s=&2z=&2ah=%252f72dPStAhQwT%252bMEncMGEXJ20RuNltwOitPror5VPCX4c%252fVxErFyZWZRtTDdkoCHw&idx=0&id=412f424a-00091-027e4-cdbcf36f&aid=412f424a-00092-027e4-cdbcf36f).

That would make it about 11 hours from here "Indiana" to you guys. I would really like to come up there and visit next summer. I have heard its really nice up there, just gets really cold in the winter.

Today is the day, that is if it doesn't rain again, we have had 2 to 3 thunderstorms aday since Tuesday.

Isn't moving a blast?  ;)   ::)

In some ways, I'm looking forward to the day that Kitten & I move next, as it will most likely be in to our first house (as owners instead of tennants).

Then I look at all the stuff we'll have to haul from one place to another...  and that scares the crap outta me.
