hmmm great pix;nice teaser; but I didn't notice an area set aside for a pit area.........  wonder where it would be?  Usually on the infield I would think; and if they are going to put in a bridge or tunnel access but that would be expensive.

But a neat looking layout.  Would be a ball screaming down that long straight then seeing if you have any brakes left..... ;D
then screaming some more....

No "official" word via CMP's web site (http://calabogiemotorsports.com/), but internet rumours are talking about June or July next year.

There's a detailed-but-hard-to-read PDF of the layout at CMP's web site, which shows that which looks like it might be a pit area near the "bottom" (PDF doesn't show north/south so please excuse my directionally-challenged description   ;D ).

If you haven't been there recently, Calabogie Motorsports web site (http://www.calabogiemotorsports.com/) has been updated... big time.

News releases including a planned opening next July, a couple of videos of the track, etc.  Worth checking out if you have time to kill.

Excellent articles. I really like the description of each one of the turns in detail. Makes me think about installing a roll cage though :D

Why?  Are you expecting to roll over?
