Usually on the infield I would think; and if they are going to put in a bridge or tunnel access but that would be expensive.
But a neat looking layout. There's a detailed-but-hard-to-read PDF of the layout at CMP's web site, which shows that which looks like it might be a pit area near the "bottom" (PDF doesn't show north/south so please excuse my directionally-challenged description ;D ). News releases including a planned opening next July, a couple of videos of the track, etc. Worth checking out if you have time to kill.
