I forgot to ask..... how's the new GT? Bet you look like this ;D Title: Re: 3800 S/C Post by: lsixtyseven on November 13, 2004, 10:18:50 pm It's going great with the new GT, had a little problem last sunday, it wouldn't start. I pulled out the starter, but it was fine, ended up being the safety neutral switch, still starts in neutral. In a couple of days I was back to looking like this ;D ;D ;D.
Title: Re: 3800 S/C Post by: 2ML67 on November 14, 2004, 08:34:56 am Two main problems one consider the rep of the shop and two that is not the price on a completed swap just the bare minimum if you want to finish it your self or pay an unknown amount more to make drivable.
I do the swap for $3,000 cash, that includes all my labour for a complete job. I also supply the mounts and brackets required to make the 3800SC work properly and reliably in a Fiero. I also have been known to do extras at no extra fee while car is here and apart. The last one I installed a rear sway bar, replaced all metal brake lines and did all labour to get car through a legitamite safety check. Not too bad for $3,000 plus my personal guarantee on my work. Can't get much better than that.
