One bad point to having a full trunk; you can put more stuff in it making the car heavier. One good point to having a full trunk; if you blow a tire you can still put on your spare and have somewhere to put the full size tire (assuming your trunk isn’t already full). Aaron . The trunk has a Nitrous bottle in it..(I just picked up a new nitrous kit , NOS brand Nozzle kit) and with my 11.25" brake conversin a stock spare won't fit upfront. Not sure how it's going to sound with the mufflers , probably a wee bit loud..there a stright through design. Title: Re: Random pics of my Northstar 56K go Away! Don't get me wrong the cover looks clasic and show off the N* well but that intake just looks aggressive! Especially with your port injected spray. Are you going with the cover look or have you decided? Seems like you are enjoying seeing the end process now, your car has really taken shape. Keep up the pics, ehh. O0

orientation of the exhaust. The right side actually goes over the engine cradle. I wanted the exhaust to be symetrical when viewed from the back , it took some engineering , but we managed to design a free flowing exhaust that retains the trunk and looks good. I'd like to see it in action. >:D Joe I hope to have it done by the end of this month. I have to install rodney dickmans shifter cables , finish the right side of the exhaust and put ont he wheels. From there I am going to put a few miles on it , get the bugs worked out then hit the Dyno. Hopefully all before March 16th , when I leave for Daytona beach. |
