Title: 94-95 S/C 3800 Grand Prix near Ottawa; runs
Post by: fiero308 on March 18, 2005, 05:46:52 pm
according to the wrecker it runs 'real good'. 94-95 SSI (IIRC) supercharged 3800 and it looked pretty good and clean;
the car has been punched in the drivers door pretty good whichis why it is in a yard;
mileage unknown; just south of ottawa; the guy said make an offer; maybe will sell the whole car; maybe just the engine, wiring harness and ecm; you take it out or he does; everything 'depends'.

email me or pm me for info if you are interested.

While we are talking motors I found a Ford 24 valve v-6 and a Chrysler 3.5 lliter rwd?  maybe Prowler motor.  Little's Garage in Carleton Place.

Oh... 94-95 are series 1 motors.  they put out about 220 hp (vs 240 for a series 2)  The superchargers are M62 still, but upgraded and they have a larger TB than my motor.  Not too shabby if the price is right.

yeah that is what I have heard but so far haven't figured out what models have that.  Makes it a hot new option for kit cars! I think that a tranny made for a bigger engine (3.3L range) and a heavier car (Intrepid etc?) MUST be a bit beefier..... even tho they would all be autos I am sure.

What model/yr, Rob; do you remember?

just as a bump and a reminder the guy said to 'make him an offer'.........
it is a wreckers so I am sure he will have a firm bottom line but they are convenient.

(both this and the 3.4 dohc)

Where is this guy, Graeme?   I'd be interested in about what he thinks it's worth.
