Post by: 2ML67 on November 12, 2005, 06:30:29 pm
A very nice condition Red 87 Fiero GT arrived today for a 3800SC swap. Hoping to have this one done in under two weeks. Dan

Engine is in all bolted up, fuel pump replaced and new fuel lines run. Axle shafts built and installed, all suspension back together and bottom of trunk removed to make room for exhaust. Very nice to work on a rust free car. Dan

Just finished the front battery tray and bolting on the exhaust. A few more things and she should be done, hopefully running by end of Tuesday. Dan

Had her fired up and running nicely last night, should be able to take her for a test drive today. Not sure if I am getting better at this or its just because the car is in great shape. No rust. Dan

Thanks, Dan

She's happy to be home, she's been sleeping well, just wondering when the snow will leave   >:(

I think, with this swap, the only problem Dan  >:( really had, was having a Dodge Ram 1500 Hemi in is garage delivering the goods.  ;D

Attach is a picture of the final product...

Thanks for job well done   O0

 8)  Did you have any doubt on passing??  ::)
The e test is a no brainer for the "hot rod"
Isn't it real nice how the 'charger' spooles up.
Had some bikers beside me on the 401 when I hit it and even they were amazed
