Title: GT Clip
Post by: MacPhail on June 13, 2006, 02:25:38 pm

Is it possible to add the clip to my notchie and still use the old hood and taillights?

If it were possible, I'd get the clip and seeing as how the sail panels aren't included, go with the scoop sail panels to help remove the hot air from the engine.

Cheers, Derek

The fast back GT's use a different trunk lid, trunk side panels and tail lights every thing else is the same as long you have the aero nose. Dan

Why do you need the aero nose?

You do not need the aero nose.  You DO need everything from the doors back and the beltline up.  There are a lot of little bits and fasteners and you have to have everything.  Buying scoops to replace the 1/4 windows makes for a HUGE blind spot and is probably just as costly.

Lets not forget the fancy side ground effects the GT has. Poor Dereck way too much all at once to think about. Dan

Ok...forget the rear deck swap.  I'll stick with vented louvers and a fin on the back, some scoops on the side, and some sort of venting on the front.

Oh...and a 240SX dash.

I see why owning a Fiero is such an expensive hobby!

Cheers, Derek

PS  Is it easy to modify any side ground effects for the Fiero to run from the rear to front tires?
