Title: LF Cheap (really) Car
Post by: FieroBUZZ on December 20, 2009, 11:03:36 am
Daughter's car has either a crack or blown head gasket.  I don't think it's worth fixing up.

Ego a new beater is required ASAP.  Anyone knows of something please let me know

ONLY needs to run well, be automatic and little rust (good frame and brake/fuel lines), don't mind fixing brakes tires or easy stuff.

Okay, panic is over.  Found her a nice little Buick Lesabre  ^-^  Power everything, leather, little rust and a few little dents.  Stay off the roads till she gets snow tires,  >:D

Mallory and I went to pick up the Buick.  It wasn't at the guy's house, but at his work...dead like a doornail.  No start, battery was fine.  Coolant gone from overflow, mostly gone from the rad, and mayo in the oil cap.

Jumping from GM (there wasn't much for sale), we ended up with a 93 LeBaron.  We'll see how this works out.  It will have 14" Fiero wheels with snows.   >:D

Oh the little details which sellers sometimes forget to mention...   ::)
