maybe you could go thru a bit of a list of new or at least "good shape" parts - is it an auto or 5 spd; anything that has been replaced in the last while or by you etc etc etc I have heard of people grouping together to buy a car like this exactly to get what each one wants; it should not be that hard to do. Does it have to go physically by a certain date?
