Just take your ownership into  GM dealership that has a garage and the secretary will run the vin and check. They will not do the recalls unless car is on road certified and plated. In the past have found it best to take in right after safety is done incase they try and rip you off by suggesting extra work that needs doing while there. They sometimes do this to try and make up for lost time on your car.

The recall wasn’t important for your year.   Basically your car is old and needs a tune-up.  Make sure you car is running well and doesn’t have hoses etc that are about to fall apart on you.  If you are going to drive your car hard then there is going to be a lot of heat in that engine bay.  Make sure it’s not full of oil and loose wires.

Same as before, make sure your sensors aren’t too old.  Gaskets aren’t leaking and exhaust isn’t leaking (use a 3 foot length of hose). Make sure there aren’t any vacuum leaks.  Check your engine bay for any signs of heat damage.

Other than that there was a website you could go to but I can’t remember it now, but it had all the original press releases for recalls and such.  Perhaps someone will pipe in.

You can see a list of them for free if you go to ALLDATA's "Recall and Technical Service Bulletin" section, but you have to fork over some money if you want details of each instead of just a list.
