I was able to add a test reply to it just now.   

Flood control maybe?  I don't ever remember hitting it here, but I've participated in plenty of forums which won't allow the same person to submit multiple posts in less than a certain amount of time.

Don't see a need to make the pictures smaller, I feel for the people on dialup but the wait is worth it in the end!
