The last time I was there (two or three months ago), Ashton Auto Recycling had two 2M4's.
One is a high mileage '86 which has been picked over rather well--all body panels are gone as well as a variety of other parts, but the engine was more or less intact from what I remember. No wait... the air cleaner, valve cover, and throttle body were missing.
The other is an '84, can't remember the mileage. Partially disassembled, but as far as I know all of the essential pieces are there except for the ECU. According to Brian Fumerton (owner), this one is a restoration project which was started and later abandoned.
So if you don't mind the drive, you might be able to pluck the TPS from there. Better yet, buy the whole car off him and restore it before it goes to the crusher!
