I have a steel water pump impeller from my non-leaking 2.8 (now gone)
If anyone needs to rebuild or wants a good spare or whatever I understand that the rebuilders supply PLASTIC
impellers now. You have to go to GM for a steel pump impeller (and I am not even sure they ALL are steel.....
)
according to Pennocks, etc, anyway.
Worked well; car didn't leak or drip or show signs of leaking or overheat or anything and I simply took it off because I stripped the block bare.
$10 to any interested party?
