The guy that owned the car before me cut up the plastic around the speakers and the stock with not fit anymore. I went out looking for something to replace them with like luvered sheet metal or something differnt and came up with nothing so far, any ideas?

One idea...

Check out a hobby store which sells r/c model equipment, and you should be able to find some lightweight wood, metal, or plastic bar stock.  Glue up a frame from the stock, then stretch some speaker grill cloth over it and fasten in place however you like.

How about a stainless or aluminum plate.  Kind of like the one in this photo but smaller.

Looks good but isn't neer as audibly invisible as Don's idea.

Your only limitations are set from within, by a lack of vision.  But to have vision alone leaves the process idle.  Ergo, without action your thoughts are worthless.
