Had a little time on my hands so I looked her over alternator was charging at a nice 17.5 volts not good. Wiper motor fried drawing a nice 36amps even when not turned on fuses do not like that, starter solenoid not good, one headlight blown and other high beam blown plus many other blown bulbs. Should be lots of fun. Maybe you should of pulled over when the idiot light first came on not an hour or so later. Oh well shit happens will have done for you by spring as requested. You did want that bottle in the location of the spare tire didn't you. Did you still want a spare tire in there or remove it. Dan

Ahhh shit happens. Another good reason for guages instead of those idiot lights. Got back from cuba and have been off from work for 2 weeks. Work knocked off my hotmail account so will have to work arround it. I forgot to get to you the rear reflector. Will sent it to you by mail.  The spare will have to be removed and the bottle installed in its place. You should be able to cut the front spoiler to match the contour of the windshield. Will giv you a phone call later this week when things settle down.

Have you decided on what all you want done to the PCM yet. Would have all A/C, cruise control, traction control, rear O2, removed. Increase rev and speed limiters and play with fuel and timing advance tables. he should know most of what to do. Dan

Talked to FastFiero's and he will do the thing. He needs basic info on the setup.   Curent speed limiter of 120 mph will be replaced with speed limiter of 255 mph.  Cheesy

Yah right, you’ll be able to get it to that speed if you go skydiving with it maybe?  But I suppose that’s the point.

I sort of got a chuckle out of that claim as well. Check out the website : http://www.fastfieros.com/obdii_programming.htm

It would be an interesting experiment if you didn't mind wrecking the car to find out.  Wink

It's been a few years since I've done any skydiving, but IIRC terminal velocity for the average Joe is about 200mph.  I can't help but wonder how the different shape/weight of the Fiero would fare.   Cheesy

Brian as of this morning its on its way should take 10 days according to experts. Insured for a value of $300cdn. Got a hood release cable from wreckers today as your hood was getting really hard to open and close. Dan

I put on Garys hood and the latch on the hood had to have a spacer or 2.  Maybe there should have been 3 or 4 for it to engage correctly.
I will give FastFieros a call to see how they are doing in a week and make sure that they do not send it air express. (It happened with a company in Virginia?? and the air freight cost was triple what the part costs and I was in no rush)
