sad sad sad and scary too.
Broad daylight and a public area...... "nobody" is safe anymore.  I saw where the police arrested a known, repeat pedophile not that far from Ottawa (I thought?)..... about 2 months ago....?
If I remember the article right, he had a list of children's names and addresses, a disguise and a STUN gun - I guess the electric barb type.  If that is what is out there, nobody would have a chance.  Grown man or small child would be the same.  THAT is scary, very scary.  What a world it is becoming.

We are ALL being more careful now..........
and let's all keep an eye out for THIS character.
