Just passed my E-test!!!

Just had my Fiero in for it's mandatory emissions test.  Here are the results:

I just put a new cat on last month, and since I was a little worried about passing with the 3.4, I also put some emissions reducing 'juice' in the fuel tank before filling up.  I'm not sure what it was called exactly, but it was manufactured by Penzoil.  I guess that I would have passed without the 'juice', but being the nervous worry-wart type, I just wanted some extra peace of mind...

Sweet!  I'm sure the 'juice' guys are banking on everyone to think that.

Did you put it thru as a regular 2.8?

I'm sweating getting mine thru, but I guess I shouldn't as it will never get together again.  May change my username to Humpty D.

  Hokey Dinah! You didn't just pass it, you aced it. I know what you mean I was like a nervous father pacing around while mine went through the test, but it passed with flying colours.
  Gary, chin up, I am sure that one of these days you will once again be behind the wheel of a running Buzzmobile...in whatever incarnation it may take.

Super!!!! if you can go straight up good stuff, but..............
if you need a little help here is a cheap alternative a local motorhead told me about.

Just before you go for your e-test pour some methyl hydrate into your gas tank - about 1L to 25L of gas this will make your gas burn super clean, so clean in fact he has seen  barely any emmissions register this way.

Caution though you dont want to run this mix in your engine for long so top up your tank after test!

I haven't tried this yet and any one who does is doing so at there own****** risk  ******will be trying an 89 astro van next time up for emmisions till then cant personally verify this.

Maybe this makes sense to another motorhead out there???
