was at wreckers near Hastings found two 3800SC series I engines in their pile. Motors are no good but some of the parts may be if anyone needs anything off them let me know and I will see what I can do.

Hummm.. Waht year?? if it's a '95 I want the throttle body!

is the harness intact? I need the harness that goes from the computer to the bulkhead harness.

is the supercharger still there?

Yep, if they're 94-95 the tb and s/c are a nice upgrade for us.

If there is a good cheap oil pan or  the front pulley system I may be interested..... I'll need to make a bracket and add a pulley and tensioner I think.

Actually, if they don't want much, the sensors and such may be useful.   Grin

after doing much reading at the bonnevileclub.com it seems with ported heads and 95 throttle body alone, the series 1 makes as much hp as the SCII. after some extra goodies i had don, i should be kicking some 2ml67 butt. Tongue  we need a nice track day to go have some fun! Smiley

One is intact but no wiring on either, is there any identifiable differences in the years that I can find by looking at it. If it is the right year can probably be bought cheap as it is a blown engine. Should be back there one day next week unless you want to go there your self they are open Saturdays till noon.

92-93  S/c pulley is 2.55 in diameter
EGR on frt manifold is the trianglly type electric with the black snap on cap. (like 3.4 and 3.1)

94-   s/c pulley is 2.85 in diameter (about 1/4 in bigger)
EGR is a cylinder type inline still on frt manifold.

It may be worth coming to look, as I probably have lost most of my brackets and hardware by now  Roll Eyes  Is it possible to get a ballpark figure of what $ they might want?  I'd probably just strip what I can and leave the rest there.

that way it does not harm the teflon coating on the blades. Smiley

Just got back from drive to Peterborough purple 3800N/A beast is now on road works not too bad for a mere 205 HP. Mine on the other hand with the smaller pulley is now pretty much out of control, compared to last year I would say much more powerfull and supercharger is a lot louder, sounds like a mini cyclone going on back there. In my mind nos would just kill you that much faster.

You can feel that extra 10-15 hp? An extra 75-100 you will definately feel and in the pocketbook Cry.

You have detailed info on the propane injection? Anything put in before the blower has the capability of damaging the blades
