I have read a lot about this stuff, and would like to know if it can be bought locally.

I got a kit at a car show a couple of years ago. A bottle of cleaner, one of metal prep and a small can of POR15. It's about the size of a baby food bottle.
I just did my cradle and the stuff seems okay. Time will tell, as rust always seems to come back eventually.

Not to bash the product or anything, but this product is better. It protects better, and requires less surface preperation. Not to mention that it cost less.

Good find Aaron, the tests and literature indicate that it is better. Going to have to try it.
Have you tried it.
Thanks

I haven't tried Rust Bullet but I have tried Por 15 and can say that on an older car it takes a long time to prepare the surface before painting. And I wasn't entirly happy with the resistance to corrosion. Por 15 requires more than two cotes in rusty arias to properly protect.
