Looks like the Liberal government is going to Phase out Drive clean! Plan is by 2008 it will be gone! That could be good news for us, and those who choose to swap engines.

I talked to a fellow yesterday and in Nova Scotia and they have Safety checks evey year. Years ago it was 50 cents and now it is $35. Wonder how long it will be before it comes here.  Huh

I don't trust these guys.  I'll bet they have eyes on all the crap other countries do.

Scrap laws that give poluters (industry) a chance to buy credits by scrapping cars.

Laws to scrap any car abandoned (not currently road used and registered/insured)  projects, parts cars, etc fall to this one.

  I am with Gary on this one. OK, they want to scrap this, but what other revenue friendly scheme will they implement in its place. I wouldn't trust this lying sack of .... as far as I can spit.
