Wow...  Roll Eyes Thanks guys...

My Fiero has been parked for the whole season.. We have little to no cash flow right now because Jess is on sick leave due to pregnancy complications and every spare cent i have is to make sure we are prepared for the baby.

Graham, I will bring you case of beer. Seems it's the most important thing in your life right now and you can walk over people to get it and even attack my reputation. Thank you very much. I guess you already forgot the countless calls you have been making to me last year to help you with you car and even though I was in grocery stores, mall or traffic, i always had time to help you. no more..

Dan??? Did I not give you the center console gages for the shifter? We traded at Garry’s, I even left the gauges in it. Huh You never told me you were expecting more. I thought we had a deal?

And Gary, yes. I messed up there. I promised Garry i would reprogram his ECM at the same time as mine. I wasn't expecting to be setback as i am. Do you still want me to reflash your prom or I can just settle with some cash. Really sorry Garry.

Anyways.. With all this. as much as it hurts. I'm out.

Because of a few people and my hard times. It’s made it impossible to be part of this club anymore. And I am not risking my business for a few big mouth people. No one of the people above has ever dealt with my business but is willing to slander it.

You guys may as well appoint a new vice president.
Goodbye.

Just 2 cents to see if I can clear anything up here............
I don't know what "Graham" this would be, concerning a case of beer.  Maybe a "Brian".....?

Dan; I hope you don't have me mixed up on a 5 spd shifter that you DID get for me and I didn't connect with you (hooters mixup)...?  I have sent payment altho that is just recently.

Just want to be sure/clear on that stuff.

Eric the deal as I have told you was for the shifter and cables for the pod, not the 88 pedals, master, slave and the other stuff. Especially considering the pod was broken and had to be repaired before I could use it. I let it go figured it was not worth the battle maybe it was just an isolated thing what ever. If your business is in danger its not from us although you like to heavily use the site to advertise it. If you want to quit thats your choice, myself I do not hide from problems I face them. If thats a problem then hell I can quit too. Dan

Yes Brian, and correction --  case(S) of beer -- bra and dolly--.

I am loaning it out to club members at a rate of 1 case of beer a day. (come help me if you want to help drink it!!)

I don't mind giving people the benefit of the doubt, a fair shake, and a bit of patience but SINCE MAY?? When I get "the goods" you will have restored my faith. The ball (or should I say the beer) is in you court.

“We all encounter tough times, but it’s how we deal with it that makes our character.”

“The ability to keep ones cool when it is tested, will define ones success.”

I think the point that most people (above) are trying to make is that there has been a lack of communication resulting in ruffled feelings.  I have full confidence that if you (Eric) were to have called these people, once a month even and told them that you were very sorry but that you couldn’t afford it right now (that means calling them not having them call you), then we wouldn’t be having this flame war.  All would be well.  Effort must go into a relationship of any kind, even a club one.

Let's just call you an in-active member for now.

''A troubled society's moral decay gives opportunity to men of courage, integrity and true manhood to stand strong. Many have lost the meaning of manhood, but a new breed of men are overcoming dangerous philosophies to confront today's tough times and bring hope, dignity and order back to a world in desparate need. Such men are called “heroes.” ''
your my hero Eric  Smiley

being as vice president isn't easy but you make a good one. i agree with Aaron, stay low for a while and when you get everything in control you could rase up again, not only as a vice presedent of the club but also as a father/role model as well  Wink

Dagnabbit you beat me to it Aaron...  I wanted to write a similar thing yesterday, but couldn't get it to read the way I wanted.   Embarrassed

Eric if you're still checking in on this thread, don't hang your interest in the club out to dry just yet.  Instead take this little mess as a learning experience--if you put yourself on the other side of the coin it's easy to see how frustrating it is when you constantly have to chase someone who hasn't closed a past deal.

Take a break, let things at home & elsewhere settle out a bit, and wander back in when your load is a bit lighter.
