Found a mint 87 silver SE with a 3.1 V6 and a getrag 5 speed, from what I could find only needs head liner and head light work. They are asking $3,500 but will come down, can find out more and get a number if any one is interested. Dan

I am not sure why someone would waste there time on a 3.1 (although an easy swap from what I hear) but ya got to have at least 250 hp as a starting point .

From what I was told the 2.8 blew and was rebuilt to 3.1 (basically bored and stroked). Has Fiero top end. 3.1 would be around 140 hp maybe slightly more. The 3800SC series II starts at 240hp and much more hp is easily gotten through after market parts.
