I am doing an event calendar for the club portion of my site.  I had always worked in 800 x 600.  For some reason I changed it to 1024 x 768.

I just wondered what you guys use and what is the most common resolution for general use.

1280 x 1024 for 19"
1024 x 768 for 17"

Your only limitations are set from within, by a lack of vision.  But to have vision alone leaves the process idle.  Ergo, without action your thoughts are worthless.

800x600 is generally a safe minimum standard, but I don't know many people who work below 1024x768 any more.
