Okay, it was fun, but now I feel we may have gone too far.  Shaun is starting to sound like he feels unwelcome.  I propose we come up with some ideas to make him feel more at home.  Feel free to add any you may come up with.

* I only visited once, but the anti-PFF forum may be on to something.  Howard's auto edit feature may be a good thing.  We could look at Shaun's style and pick out those keywords that he tends to favour. "dyno", "Fiero owner" (his put down), "owned" come to mind.  These could be changed to reflect our forum's special feeling towards the little guy.

* I have to admit Aaron's refusal to post a dyno chart has caused a rift.  I'd recommend giving  Shaun a phone number to contact for specs.  We could then explain to the lucky phone call victim that some crazy yankee thinks Aaron is a paleantologist, and that he may be in possession of rare dinosaur dung.  Then when Shaun calls looking for Aaron's dyno sheet, he could swear at him in Chinese or something.

* Shaun has become upset that other people actually post in response (well sort of) to his threads.  How about when he posts, we all chime in with a post of our own.  Just be sure that it is totally unrelated to Shaun's topic and any other posts in the thread.  Answering someone else's post may be construed as thread hijacking.

I'm sure you guys can come up with a few fun things that Shaun would appreciate to help him feel the love.

Nick, you may need to institute some sort of approval for unknown, non local,  new members,  sorry.........

I was at Mcdonalds last week and I got a large size #1. Thats the big mac combo meal for you all you uninformed out there. Which sucks because I wanted a SUPERSIZE MEAL but they dont' do that anymore. I guess they are trying to change their image or something so as not to look like they promote obesity or some stupid shit like that. Whatever it fuckign sucked.

So anyways I ended up drinking 2 large glasses of The Blue Powerade that they have there. Free refills at this Mcdonalds but I think its like that everywhere now.

Well anyways about 2 days later I took a shit, and the poo came out green. Like it was totally green!!!

I was like Holy shit(no pun intended). I cuoldnt' believe it.

Has this happened to anyone else?

sorry I got no pics

Buzz.... I don't know what to say.... except.... you do know that the OPP have INFRARED detectors now in their airplanes!!! Won't be long before they detect those grow-lights out in Almonte. I'd say you've been 'harvesting' too much of your stock!
heheh!

ROTFLMAO

That was so worth a read.

But on another note:  I’m totally working late with is so surprise, but while I was here I couldn’t help but notice how much aluminum we have lying around...I think I’ll use some for something, but white doesn’t go with anything even though they say it goes with everything.  Whatever.  O ya, and save the Shaun, he makes me laugh, and so did this thread.  Nevermind; let him go.

The Shaun is like a small child or dog.  You have to train him to act appropriately by making it not worth his wile to be so abrasive.  If it’s too much work for him eventually he’ll try another approach.

If that doesn't work then I'm sure eventually we'll just ban him and clean up the mess he left behind.

While waiting for the vet's office to open yesterday (had to make an appointment for our greaseball of a cat which doesn't want to eat, yet she's normally a hoover), I got around to fine tuning the pppd setup on one of the PCs at home.

Got the sucker dialing out on demand now, but apparently the active-filter option is only available under NetBSD for this particular version, so I can't set the turkey up to only dial out when non-local IP packets are detected.

Mother Nature must've seen me leave the house on the motorcycle yesterday, 'cause she decided to piss on me on my way home.  I could have sworn that some of what hit my face was recycled Blue Powerade.

Psst Sandy--where do you think the "BUZZ" part of Gary's handle came from?   Grin
