Was off to the south this weekend, but it was pretty chilly there too. 

Followed Go Fast towing what has to be the stinkiest complete Fiero I've ever seen.  Either a million homeless mice have lost their toilet, or some bum from Vanier wasn't home when they towed it away.   

Anyway, Dan was helpful as always.  Welded my broken truck (handled much better on the way home....thank you!    )  and also picked up some more bits to add to the pile.

I'll try to document my gas filler relocation as a paper (epaper?) trail for the fire investigators.  Thanks for the tubes.  Dan, I'll bring mine down when I get them out.  Also found a good driver's seat here for you.

Thanks again Gary for riding shotgun to Dan's place. We should have had another set of 2-way radios so that we could have had someone out front to warn us about the 1/2 dozen police on the road.  On the trip back they had 2 traps set up 6 miles apart on side roads. The poor fellow with his heavy jacket and gun beside the road and 50 feet from the nice warm cruiser.    Now DAN, do not be tempted to rip that Fiero down until I get back down there. I know the temptation is there. (like a chocalate bar on the table waiting for a month to get eaten)

relax Brian all I did was clean out the trunk filling two garbage bags and removed the seats and carpet as the smell was just too strong to put the car in my shed. She is now resting in my shed awaiting her disassembly. Dan
