"Euro" as in those trendy, mostly transparent & chrome things that have taken the sport/compact market by storm?

I imagine that you won't find anything off-the-shelf like that for a Fiero.  You'll have to find something "close enough", and modify it to your liking.  Imports have them due to popularity and mass production.  Fieros are a funny little niche car, generally not supported by the bolt-on bling manufacturers.

Never seen or heard of anyone making lights similar to those and selling them.  Why not make your own?

Grab a spare of notchie tail lights, gut the innards, black out the outer lens, cut holes to fit the individual lamps of your choice, et voilą.  If you want a separate amber lamp for the turn signal a bit of re-wiring is in order for the notchie, but it's not as complicated as it sounds.

I agree. Personally I don't think I've seen any tail lights that I like better than the stock late GT ones.

better to look good than different.

Your only limitations are set from within, by a lack of vision.  But to have vision alone leaves the process idle.  Ergo, without action your thoughts are worthless.
