haha, hey guys, long time no chat Tongue  Hows things going with everyone?  I see the Board is still active!  Thats impressive! Smiley  I didn't think that when I first set it up it would keep running, but look now!  over 14000 posts!  Awesome.

So, what brings me here.. lol.. well.. I have been thinking to myself lately, I have free time to kill and what should I do with it?  Well, if all goes according to plan, I will be moving to a location with LOTS of spare room, and I figured, well if thats going to happen, why not take into Consideration a Project car.  So I looked back to my Fiero Days and thought, why not pick up a Fiero again, and POSSIBLY... Drop in a 3800 SuperCharger or something else of a better motor, and then eventually do a Kit on the car.  Lambo Style or something.  So ya, I was doing research, looking around and finding out whats involved (A LOT.. lol) but I think I might take on the challenge and slowly go at it.  (Kinda like Gary with his cars Tongue  haha)

So, once I get back from my vacation (leaving Thursday so I can't make the meet Sad ), I will catch up with everyone!

Well I am at it, anyone know of a Car for sale, extremely nice condition (Obviously Tongue) and in a good price range.  Motor doesn't really mater for now, sinceI plan to swap, and perferably a newer model thats a GT style.  Thanks for the look out guys!

Chris.

haha.. ya.. I do remember that.. but I am kinda thinking Kit now.. before it was that I wanted something for fun to do in the summer.. it was a little boring back then:P  Now I want something to Cruise in town with Smiley  and a 3800 in a fiero to start would be nice, then kit it with a Lambo Style or something.  I want a Lamborghini, but don't want to spend $$$$$$ and don't have that kinda cash Tongue  so, a fiero will be nice Wink  haha.

to go this way with a tube frame would be the best option.  Expect to spend some coin though.

Ya, I saw that site.   Its a nice way to go for sure, but the price on those are expensive.  I figure a fiero will cost me what.. $500-2000 depending?  Then some mods to make the frame right... my neighbor can help there.  So its a lot less then $18,000 CAD for the frame only. Sad

You can buy the plans for $500
about $1000 to $1500 in steel
have a welder friend put it together for under or around $2000
$4000 total.
