Well lets see the road was blocked off and my daughter was escorted off her buss by an OPP officer and told to go straight into the house and not too look as it was very bad, plus I couldn't see through the trees very well so I spent most of the time keeping Harley from trying to go bite the cops. One good thing is a couple of guys stopped in a white Fiero asking questions about all the Fiero's in my drive way, turns out they do Lambo kits and have been looking for some one to do 3800SC engine harnesses, so I may get a few builds out of it all. Lambo kits? Just the doors or the whole deal?

Notice: Starting new topics is permitted as of now........ Ahhhhhh? I wanted to see a 9 page thread! Hey. How 'bout this weather?! Looks like it's gonna storm. Hurricanes or Sabres? I'd love to see Buffalo vs Edmonton for the Stanley Cup. Ever get a rash that simply won't go away? Cheers, Derek

Lets see that would be page nine not cloud nine and I would see about getting that rash cleared up before your wife gets back and asks what you did while she was gone. The weather is definetely strange as well as the number of mosquito's out there. Went down the road and looked it over seems that the Cavalier lost control coming around the corner clipped the shoulder got back on road almost hit head on a car coming the other way and then went off the road. Took out the telephone clean as it could be rolled over and slid on the roof taking out a couple more trees till coming to a stop on top of the last tree still upside down. Total distance from first point where he touched the shoulder till car came to a rest is about 200 yards. He must of been moving pretty fast to do that much damage to both the car and the landscape. Not sure how serious the injuries were but some one left in the ambulance, there was a black tarp over the drivers door when they pulled it from the ditch but that may have been used to help the people get out without getting all cut up from the broken glass every where. Shows just how dangerous those little cars are, most wreckers are full of smashed up Cavaliers and Sunfires. Dan

Maybe it isn't the car but rather the people that tend to drive them (younger, and if they're driving fast, male). Cheers, Derek

The K&N filter came in. If you haven't thrown out that MagnaFlow sticker, hang onto it just in case. Was there a warranty to register with the muffler? If so, please save that too (yeah...I like junk mail). Cheers, Derek

Will save both the warranty card and the sticker. Didn't get much done today as I had to go to Peterborough for a doctors appointment, hoping to get the exhaust done tomorrow. Should have her running by Saturday but will need a day or two more to check every thing over and put a few miles on her. Dan

Hope the appointment wasn't for anything too serious. This is my last weekend without the wife and motherinlaw around...good excuse to rent a bunch of guy-flicks and eat chicken wings and nachos, with plenty of napping in between that and walking the dogs. How pathetic it is when one looks forward to doing nothing on their birthday?! Cheers, Derek

Very productive day as Mr sun finally came back out, hate rainy damp weather. All that is left is to bleed the brakes, clamp the new tranny lines, instal the belts, add fluids then start her up and see if she blows up or works. With luck should be test driving her tomorrow. Dan
