Do the 87 GT front fascia and 85 GT rear bumper attach easily to an '84 Notchie?

With the front fascia, I understand I'll have to get new side markers/trim.

Cheers, Derek

Yes, they do.  The 87 GT will have smooth trim if that's a deal breaker.  The 85 GT/86 SE trim is ribbed like the 84 and the side markers are the same.  Notwithstanding the trim being smooth, the front just needs a small strip of added trim and the 84 side marker will work.

The honeycomb energy absorber underneath is a bit different shape as well.  I may have one here if Dan doesn't.  If you don't mind, you can grind off the parts that touch and use the old ones.

Sounds complicated but it's pretty straightforward once you see how they mount.

Whats this now you also want an aero nose and gt rear to go along with your 3800SC. Some people are just never happy with what they have. Oh I do have the bumbers your looking for. Dan

Well...I have to change it completety to erase the image of that blue thingy rust bucket with all the problems that may forever be burned into your mind.   Wink

I also like the tilt front mod (Rodney Dickman???) that I think is way cool.

Just thinking and plotting for now.   Evil

That's Norm's front end......meh....  I don't see any of the alternative style noses that strike me as really nice. (as in I'd spend thousands for).

The German 355 nose is the only one that comes close to matching the Fiero lines. All the USA made ones look like they droop and the styling lines either don't match up or don't continue to where they should.

Psst....gunmetal looks great (and it's not blue)  Afro

Hey I know where a guy parks his 355 Kitted Fiero its already blue, super charged and he probably won't notice it missing for a little while. Probably too busy running around in his Porche. Dan

Where is that car Dan?  Wink

I agree about the lines on the Dickman nose and the 355 Ferrari being nicer.  Then again, I have to admit being an admirer of some of the Lambo kits.   Embarrassed
