Bring me back from fresh oysters, would ya?  I forgot to get my fix while in Nova Scotia last week.   


P.s.  If using Quebec as a corridor for a Maritimes trip this time of year, either book your room ahead of time or forget about an evening, on-the-fly check-in at motels or B&Bs between Riviere du Loup and Quebec City.

A few years ago on a solo bike trip I found out that once supper time hits, things fill up fast through there, usually due to families travelling with kids.
