Saw the headlights behind me on Montreal Street here in Kingston and saw that he was going to make a left...so I let him past me and followed him. 

Fast driver (college aged I'd guess).   Afro  Stalked the poor guy until he stopped at his buddies place.  He needs to do some work on a few bugs, so I suggested he check out this site.
