Bilingual generally means the website is in  more than one language.  I clicked on the link you provided and it would appear that the entire site is in French.  While this is not necessarily a bad thing, it isn't really bilingual.

Not bad! I can read it, but my writing sucks as it's been about 35 years since high school.

Only problem is that it probably won't get as much traffic as the Montreal board, which is mostly french as well.

Same here, minus the time lapse since high school.  Wink

I can more or less read it with a bit of struggling, but don't dare to try and actually write anything in French, let alone speak it.
