It's bad enough with the windchill making it feel like -30 without adding the insult of snow on top of things. 

I have The Weather Network program on my desktop and it's showing both the windchill and a snow storm warning.   Shocked  And here I was thinking it was too cold to snow.

Oh how I HATE winter.  I wish I was still in Scotland.
