Okay, it has a few warts
*Passenger door handle broken
*driver door hard to open (I'll break that handle later today)
*driver seat broken off mounts
*some rust damage/leaking around windshield
*Some parts dirty and/or worn badly (okay I haven't really found a clean spot yet)
*brakes stuck on a bit (the smell cancels out the old McDonald's wrappers)
*underside kinda rusted out from the cradle to the rear suspension.
Some dents, scratches, rusty spots, and the grill met a trailer hitch and got friendly.

That's just the initial walk around results.   Afro

Nice car, I used to have one of those, digital dash, power everything a lot less rust. I might have the Haynes book for it somewhere, will let you know.  Kevin

This one isn't digital.  I think it may be well past Haynes' help.   Undecided

BTW, the trailing arms or whatever they're called for the rear suspension seem to be held up with baling wire.   Shocked

Also seems to have a little oil leak underneath, either the tranny or the engine.

The rear seats are really cool.  I think they'd be great for  a rat rod.  They have individual backs and bottoms clipped onto the car,  with a small console in between.  A tiny flap on the console flips down for a pass thru to the trunk.  The guy said it was just the right size for a fishing rod and his goalie stick.   Wink

Okay, okay!  What it does have is a S1 3800 reman with 110k on it.  The alloy wheels are 16" and have 2 good tires and 2 so-so tires.  They are destined for the dustbuster van

The dash is kind of neat.  I like the tiny long row of instruments, but the bottom half will need to be modded for something as it now has a large radio slot, and several banks of useless climate controls and a/c vents.  Useless in that the Fiero has only window defrost and bottom blowing heater as I have sealed all the mid vents in the ducting system.  It looks like a good fit but we'll see.

Damage:
good engine and tranny
4 Alloys with a couple of good tires,
dash and instruments
rear seats
neat steering wheel, but it's discoloured
lots of bits like brackets, nuts and bolts.
It has a 2 way electric sunroof, but it's too long for the Fiero.
whatever scrap value.......probably send it off free with future considerations in scrap yard hunting trips,

$300, delivered to my yard.  I think it's a decent buy.
