Two unhappy notchies in Norwood

For the mystified, Norwood is on highway 7, about halfway between Havelock & Peterborough.

For the last couple of years (at least), every time I go through there I see one red and one white bumper pad notchback parked in front of a garage on the north side of the highway.  Unless my eyes are deceiving me, they've never moved from their resting spots.

No idea if they're parters or restorable...  I've never stopped to ask.
