ell to start it off I had a 1984 pontiac fiero 2m4se

it was grey when i originally got it, but this is it just before someone crashed into it



then i had a 1981 kawasaki 440 ltd (which i airbrushed the flames on it myself)



when the fiero blew its motor (for the second time) i bought this 1985 renault 5


then I traded the renault for a 1992 nissan 240sx LE got some volk racing gram lights on it. it was a fun car.



then to get parts i bought this 1989 240sx, and sold it a few weeks later.



then i bought a POS sunbird for 100 bux and sold it for 500.



then after selling my 240sx (and getting 4500 for it, which is ridiculus) and someone crashing into my fiero which i had just got back on the road, it was time for a new car, and that would be the sebring

Ack... if I'm gonna do that, I'm going to have to pull out a few old photo albums and fire up the scanner.   Ahhh, the pre-digital daze...     I'll just list 'em for now.

1981 Honda Prelude x2  (drivetrain outlasted the first body, which resulted in my first engine swap)

1981 Pontiac Acadian (used a failed clutch pedal bushing as an excuse to replace it with my first Fiero)

1986 Fiero (too many winters & not enough Rust Check)

1998 Suzuki VZ800 Marauder (outgrown)

1985 Fiero (still alive)

1991 Arctic Cat EXT 550 (still alive, and looking for snow)

1998 Honda CR-V (traded in against Beetle--didn't like the fuel mileage)

  I don't have many pics of my cars but here is the list.

   1979 Buick Regal Limited bought in '89 went through two engines repalcing the original with some powerhouse small block Chev. I got my first tickets in that car. it rusted out and I got the...
  1979 Firebird bought in 1991 Basic car, 301, four on the floor, it quickly got to the POS status but I drove it for a while and saved up for my next car. I felt safe in that car, whenever I looked behind me there was a police car for some reason.
  1986 Pontiac Fiero 1992. I traded the Firebird in while Surgenors had a $2000 push pull or drag event on so I got my money's worth on my $500 beater. As a side note I think its fun to park the tatty old trade right in front of the dealer's front door and see how long it takes to move it, it didn't take long. The manager came back from moving it asking how long I had been driving that thing He said you are really going to enjoy the Fiero. It lasted until 2004.
  1986 Hyundai Pony Ugh! 1994 Somehow the now wife got pregnant and I needed a car. The engine/tranny from the Buick was traded and I had a new ride.
  1986 Lebaron, 1997, adios Pony, it was a lovely car until nine months later when some turkey pulled out in front of me and wrote it off.
  1989 Regal,  1998 nice car traded it for the...
  1994 Eagle Vision It was a nice car ask Darlene what happened to it... twice.
  1992 Hyundai Elantra. $300 winter beater swapped that for a
  1994 Elantra better car rusted out too traded it for a
  1997 Jetta the other GT
  1987 Fiero GT, my new toy. Got it last summer I still kinda miss my '86.

1971 Toyota Carina  (engine blew - remaining life spent on army tank range)
1971 AMC Javelin      (bought it as a wreck, sold it a few months later, as a wreck)
1972 Ford Mustang   (bought it, drove it for about 9 months, then sold it)


1974 Ford Pinto         (bought it as a wreck, drove it for about a month, stripped it and scrapped it)


1974 Renault 5 GTL   (fun car, but a bit small - drove it for about a year then sold it)


1975 Lincoln Rideau 500     (good car for the highway, but expensive to run, sold it after about 6 months)


1976 AMC Hornet            (ran this for about 2 years, clutch died and sold it "as is")


1984 Fiero 2M4                (only car I've ever had from new... sold after a year, when I emigrated)
1971 MG BGT                    (bought, restored, used for 2 years, then sold)
1968 MG BGT                    (bought at the same time as the other one, for parts, stripped and scrapped)

1984 VW Golf Driver         (ran this for about 2 years, then got something far less practical)


1983 VW Caravanette      (the family liked it...)
1978 Chrysler Avenger     (bought from a scrapyard, on the road for about 6 months then stripped for autocross)
1989 VW Jetta                  (bought this from a relative, drove it for 3 years then sold it on)

1978 Talbot Sunbeam       (bought this (in 1.0 litre form) then rebuilt it for rallycross and used it for 3 seasons)


1965 Austin Mini 850         (bought as a wreck - tidied it up and used it for Club runs, finally sold it after 7 years)
1994 Peugeot 205             (bought from a relative - drove it for 5 years, then abandoned it when the engine blew)

1972 Peugeot 304 S Cabriolet   (bought this one 5 years ago - sitting on a farm awaiting restoration)


1993 Ford Orion                (bought from a friend when I needed transport for a new job - kept it 4 months)
1995 Nissan Primera         (bought from a colleague at new job, kept it a year and sold it to girlfriend)

1986 Fiero 2M6                 (bought it 3 years ago, and is now my daily driver).
