Tomorrow is the Carp Air Show.  These guys passed over this afternoon. The snowbirds went right over the house yesterday in a diamond formation.  Today they went over in line abreast (9 aircraft side-by-each).  Pretty neat!   Afro

Of course I missed the Snowbirds due to low batteries in the camera.

Did anyone get out to the air show?  A couple of old planes passed over our place on Saturday...  A biplane of some flavor followed by (what I'm guessing) was an old fighter.  The fighter appeared to have a mid-fuselage gun turret on it.

Was it a twin engine plane?  There was a B-25 Mitchell there which would have a top turret.  It is twin engine, and twin tailed.

The tickets were $30+ so I passed on dragging the little one around this year.  Turnout was light and I suspect the show will die out.
