I finaly found time for the coil-over.
I removed the red boots and the kit swivel head. They are now Chapman instead of MacPherson.

Installed:
comparing gabs
Road test and final adjustment left to do.

Problem: Bottom of the 12inches brake hit the bottom arm when suspension is under charge.
Have to modified bottom arm.
I tried to correct the problem with a hammer but that is not enough, the problem also appears in curves, so the bottom control arm needs to be modified a little bit.

Are those the 88 12" rotors?

If you mean C4 Corvette 12" brakes for 88, using 88 calipers, the answer is yes.

It might be less work to put the old ball joints back in and cut the springs.

I dont think so.
A series of well placed hammer blows, or a "massage" as Rodney Dickman told me, will correct the problem.

Make sure you check your clearance with the steering all the way left and right.

Of course, and also with the suspension fully down.
It is getting closer as the suspension goes down.
