I bought those on eBay. See item number 110347040809. They call them "xenon HID" but they are not. They are halogen.
You just have to replace the old sealed beam. H4 bulb have the same connector than you already have on you car.

question..... how often do you get people flashing their high beams at you cause they think you are driving around with yours on?

Never, my headlights are properly adjusted. This is no worse than the "Ricers" with their HID curiously installed.

Bosch and Hella also make replacement halogen fixtures. They do provide more light than stock, but don't have the faceted inner surface.
Everyone else's lights are so bright in a Fiero, why worry about their comfort?

I agree.
I also installed an auto dim rear view mirror. Helpfull when you are sitting at the SUV daylights level

Do the replacement lenses have a tighter focus than the old sealed beams?
I popped a 55w/90w bulb in to one of our motorcycles a few years ago, with no changes to the headlight bucket or lens. The high beam was an incredible improvement over the stock 60w high beam, but I wouldn't have been comfortable using that 90w lamp as a low-beam without a lens change.
For my tastes, the original lens didn't have enough vertical cut-off to run that 90w light constantly. Maybe it's motorcycle-induced paranoia, but super bright lights and small vehicles always make me think of moths and flames. Problem is that the moth in this case (oncoming vehicles) stand a good chance of hurting the flame as much as the flame can hurt them.

Interesting... I may have to look in to this one of these days. H4 bulbs are a heck of a lot easier to change out than sealed beams, among other benefits.

Sold my Cowl induction scoop and ordered one from
FieroFiberglass
I hope it will make it up here before the car goes to the paintshop.
The larger scoop will offer more room for the hood emblem.

I have done a little modification to the rear deck lid grill
They are made of alluminum and painted black. I decided to sand the flat surface and clear them to keep the raw metal look. Found the idea on

Not bad result. I look forward to see them on the newly black painted car.

I ordered the flywheel for my 4.9 swap
Now on the market to find what is the best clutch for a 4.9 + Getrag 5 speeds assembly.
I am also reading a lot about Wiring Harness. I am not sure yet if I will customize the 4.9 harness or if i will go with a special assembly of 90-92 TPI harness + 305 TBI throttle body and 7730 ECM.
Any suggestion ?
