Garage floor is covered with Epoxy. My son in law saved some bags after doing the floor of a water treatment plant. It is chemical resistant.
That's why it is so clean.

I spent a lot of time lately searching for an oil leak coming from the bottom of the engine, firewall side.
Believe it or not, I even remove the engine-transmission assembly twice and spent around 100$ in parts to finally find out that the oil came from the oil dipstick tube for which the small "O" ring was missing.
Whatever, it is now solved.
Meanwhile, I also redone some gauges needles.
