Wheeeeeee!  Tomorrow is windshield day.  Fella's coming to my house to do 3.  Undecided (Ranger, Intrepid, Cavalier)

Anyway, I'll throw in a recommendation for Mat at Streamline Auto Glass.   Afro

All went well.  With modern technology it's amazing how simple it looks.  He has a tool like a reciprocating saw that has a very short travel and a large spatula type end.
No piano wire sawing.  2 minutes and it's out.

Mallory's Intrepid had a whole lot of fiddly screws to remove, but the others were very easy.

The glass isn't from Detroit's finest supplier  Embarrassed  but the cars are not valuable and I'm sure the dump trucks will help out again.

$500 for the trio wasn't too bad at all.

5 bills for three cars?  I wonder what their price on a Fiero windshield is...  the last time we had one done it was over $300.   Undecided

I meant to ask. He did say he could pick one up at the warehouse. Last year he quoted $225.

I can give him a call if you want.

It was more for curiosity than anything else.  All of our glass is strangely intact, except for one of the parts cars.
